TO ANNOUNCE A GO GROUP

If you are a current No KAOS Zone member, you can create and announce a new Go Group at any time.

To do this, just come here and post the day, time and duration of your Go Group by clicking reply at the end of this announcement.

It is important to subscribe to this group using the little blue button below (at the very bottom of this page) to receive updated notification of new go groups so that you don't miss any and so that others will see yours

The power of using Go Groups is to create a concentrated focused time slot with a little accountability thrown in for good measure.

To do that, here are the rules...

Go Groups start exactly at the designated start time and end at the duration end time. The rule is that we get in, get out and get on with the good stuff of life!

Come on a few minutes early to announce your project and let us know that you are participating and at the end to announce your progress and your plan to maintain momentum in the future (create another go group or when you will pencil in another work session in your planner) and that's all there is to it!

Way to go Jan! That's great. I've such a busy schedule at work I didn't get round to cleaning my problem closet, but managed to unload dishwasher and clear area totally around the kitchen sink which means no dishes on the draining board!

I did expand it to 7 days a week as that time slot works quite well for me on the weekends and I thought we may be able to keep it going as an open 11:00 appointment for anyone who would like to join in at this time any day of the week.

I am very excited to hear about your accomplishments by Friday.

Although I've set it to be basically a non ending GO Group, setting your own personal space is so important - I'm so glad that you did this!
