Getting It Done - Time Management and OrganizationI have found over the years, ironically that structure is the key to freedom. Growing Your Own FoodI don't know about you, but I have become increasingly uncomfortable eating mass produced food - so many recalls and outbreaks of serious illness caused by eating even vegetables now, the expense, the chemicals, pesticides hormones - not to mention the allowed rat poop factor! Home grown food is more nutritious, gives us complete control over what we are eating, and maybe even more importantly, reconnects us with the land and the source that it all comes from. There are many ways that you can grow your own food, they don't have to be complicated. Starting simple is always the best way. |
