I read the tip on having the kitchen clean before going to bed. I did that last evening and it was so nice coming in this morning to get my coffee. I did feel better. Now I need to work on the bathroom, so that when I get ready for work tomorrow, I will have that same great feeling. One less thing to nag at me in the morning. :)

Sorry to hear about your mom and grandmother.
It's hard to focus when we have such a major life change. The good news is that we carry within us all of the good things that those dear to use have given us over the years - the things at our core that have helped to shape us and that allow us to do the same for our own children and grandchildren.
It may feel like they are gone, but if you look within, you will find the essence of them... smiling at you, cheering you on and supporting you just as they've always done.
If you start small, it will be easier to focus and to see the progress that you make, and to continue from there.
Maybe you can choose one area that has been nagging you the most.
Designate a time, it doesn't matter how long it is, but it needs to be a time that you can commit to and a schedule that you can do consistently and you need to outline a few specific tasks that you need to be doing.
Each time you will see results and the load will seem a little lighter and that will spur you on to do it next time.
The security and confidence of having a plan in itself is a major mental and emotional boost. Make your plan a non negotiable with yourself.
Let us know if there is anything specifically that we can help you with and keep us posted, we'd love to hear how you are making out with things.
