Mar 19, 2012 Hello! by Jan Ferrante |
GO GROUPS!I'm excited to be adding a new feature to the No KAOS Zone - Go Groups! It is open to all members - any time that you would like to organize a Go Group of your own, just pop in here and announce it - let us know the time and duration of the Go Group session and anyone who would like to join in can list their name, or just pop in at the appointed time. Use the side share window to send a short note to each other as you start, progress and/or finish. Keep it short and to the point - get in and get out and get on with your day! |

21 Day Challenge JournalsCreate your 21 Day Clean House Challenge journal here. Questions, comments or suggestions or track your progress and post pictures of your 21 Day Challenge journey. It would be a great way to inspire yourself and the rest of the group to 'clean house'! Also be sure to create your own journal here specifically for the 21 Day Challenge - you can use it for the first one and coming 21 Day Challenges as we cycle through - or start a new one for each. The sky is the limit in 'the zone!'. It's a fantastic way for you to have an organized, at a glance record of where your started, your progress and a quick way to pick up again at any time - and a great place to go to get some motivation if you are just not feeling like doing your BOOST. |

Deep Cleaning and Decluttering JournalsCreate your Deep Cleaning and Decluttering journal here. Questions, comments or suggestions or track your progress and post pictures of your piles to clear spaces here (or grime to shine!). It would be a great way to inspire yourself and the rest of the group to 'clean house'! Also be sure to create your decluttering and deep cleaning journal here - you can use it for each decluttering and deep cleaning cycle on your own or as we cycle through - or start a new one each time. The sky is the limit in 'the zone!'. It's a fantastic way for you to have an organized, at a glance record of where your started, your progress and a quick way to pick up again at any time - and a great place to go to get some motivation if you are just not feeling the love - of decluttering or deep cleaning! |

Getting It Done - Time Management and OrganizationI have found over the years, ironically that structure is the key to freedom. We find structure through time management and organization - through repetition, consistency, planning, self discipline and all that fun stuff. Sounds stuffy, but the truth is that it will set you free. Lets get together and share our ideas and motivation to develop structure in our homes, and break free of the clutter, noise and KAOS. |

Weight Loss and FitnessAt the core of our success for everything else is our own good health. This must be a priority for true success and long lasting enjoyment of it. The good news is that it gets easier as we develop healthy habits and systems to make it happen. |

Growing Your Own FoodI don't know about you, but I have become increasingly uncomfortable eating mass produced food - so many recalls and outbreaks of serious illness caused by eating even vegetables now, the expense, the chemicals, pesticides hormones - not to mention the allowed rat poop factor! Home grown food is more nutritious, gives us complete control over what we are eating, and maybe even more importantly, reconnects us with the land and the source that it all comes from. There are many ways that you can grow your own food, they don't have to be complicated. Starting simple is always the best way. |
