This has been very slow going.
I have mentally divided it all into 'quadrants' or sections, and I am aiming to get right round in one month.
I am working on several levels though, rather than just working logically round.
I am aiming to tidy, clear and sweep or vacuum the floor every day as it gets very piled up with stuff.
I am aiming to organise part of the bookshelf system every day.
Aiming to keep my desk clear every day.
And aiming to keep the worksurface/hatch interface with kitchen clear - as this constantly gets piled up.
As it is slow going and I get side-tracked, I intersperse this with the rest of the routine jobs in the rest of the house.
I need to keep track of what I have done every day, otherwise it seems as if there is no progress.
So this is my progress so far.
I picked up everything off the floor and put it in a washing basket and I have sorted it from there.
I have gathered some papers, sorted through some of them and have made a pile to store elsewhere until I can go through it. My main aim is to get this area clear.
But I also need to sort those papers - so I need a paper backlog list and a daily BOOST slot for doing them.
I will come back and finish this discussion when I can, as my son is just coming round.
