Not!
Yesterday I didn't do my BOOST. It's 'that time of month' and I was feeling really disoriented and tired. On top of all the activity going on and too many late nights, I couldn't even tell you what I did most of the day.
The good news is that the BOOST circuit actually does allow for a day of rest, for the most part I choose not to take it because I like the results and don't find it to be a huge deal most of the time.
The other good news is that missing one day didn't make the sky fall. I am just picking up today where I left off.
I still feel a little 'airy' but better.
ABOUT THE TOE
Last night I needed a pillow case. I had left the bedding in the laundry basket in the basement since I didn't go out and get it.
So I walked to the closet to see if I could find one and boom, bang, pow... managed to hit my baby toe on the side of
the chest we decided to leave in the bedroom.
OWWW!
This morning, I was folding the bedding and realized that had I done this yesterday, I wouldn't have been looking for a pillow case and my poor little toe would not be throbbing and sore.
Hate when that happens.
THE LESSON
Doing the
daily BOOST really does help to keep a step ahead, and sometimes you just never know what kind of unexpected benefit that can be. I've found many. Now I can add one more!
