What is your biggest challenge:: Is it trash or not?

What has prevented you from success in thepast:: The kids just drop stuff instead of picking up and putting away. I have been unable to bend for many many months, and not even walking much. Now I am able to follow up with my kids and retrain them.

How can the iShine Community help you to achieve your goals:: Not sure at this point. Still trying to digest the e-book.

I'm glad to hear that you have some of your mobility back. I hurt my back a few years ago (tailbone) and could only bend over very slowly walking my hands down my knees, couldn't lift anything. It was a challenge to keep things in order. I remember asking the kids to pick things up for me because I couldn't.
