So... where exactly do I find instructions on the 21 day challenge?

Hi Bex, you should be receiving emails with the instructions and download link for your 21 Day Challenge Checklist and resources.

You can also find them if you click on the My Products link on the sidebar at http://www.queenofkaos.com

or the My Welcome Letter contains more complete instruction. (you need to be logged into your No KAOS Zone account to access the links)

Basically the challenge is to do the items on the checklist for 21 days. If you can send me the weekly check in form at the end of each week of the challenge, you get a prize as well.

If you are not receiving your emails or if you find that it isn't clear, just let me know!

ok... thinks I have it sorted now... only I started late... so my emails are ahead of me... hope this is ok that I am only up to day 3 but my emails are up to day 12... I am just checking them at my own pace... but on a daily basis now...  is that ok?

Hi Bex. I'm glad that you asked because it is fairly common for that kind of thing to happen (life happens!).

One of the reasons to create a folder for the emails, it's so easy to pick up anywhere if you have to. As long as you are in the habit and aiming for daily it will be fine.

It's better to continue that way than to try to make up for the lost time. That may be possible on a small scale but too much will be too much and cause too much stress.

It's great to be watching your progress, you are off to a fantastic start!!!

gotta watch my energy levels ... think I did a bit much today...

and btw... I am pulling out of the fym challenge I just can't concentrate on both house and exercise... it will come.... just not now...
