Living Clean

I have spent a huge amount of time in the last 3 weeks.

I have also launched into the garden.

My biggest achievements have been to make a start on removing the ivy in the garden which has been choking some of the trees and had begun to cover the garage roof with a thick soggy green mass of moss ivy and soil.

I manage to remove all of this yesterday by climbing onto the garage roof, a great feat for an ageing and overweight lady.

The garage is clear and I have reduced the paper chaos by a huge amount.

I have freecycled a great amount of superfluous furniture and broken bits and pieces.

I have thrown away bits of old barbecue and things that were clogging up the garden and garage.

I have boxed up junk from inside the house and have begun to store these boxes in the garage so that I can.

I have given away masses of clothing that either does not fit anyone or is in need of a new home for various reasons.

A few pairs of shoes have gone.

So there is less stuff everywhere generally.

And I am rationalizing the stuff that is left, giving away duplicates and sorting out junk.

The stuff in the garage needs to come out box by box and be sorted. - that might be a longer project.

Now I am aiming to get the therapy room clear and painted - so going to start on that now... - Might take a while.
