Made more progress today. I really love seeing the horizontal surfaces reappear. Doing this at 20 minute intervals daily really makes it so much more bearable; I don't feel overwhelmed. Progress not perfection ~ that's great!
It's always an amazement to me what 20 minutes (or more) of purely focused time and a single objective can do. You can apply it in every area of your life and every goal.

finally the area under my bed is clear of foreign objects and lost left socks. The commitment of 20 minutes a day (sometimes a few more) is really manageable.

I think that the concept of progress not perfection is one of the keys. It really keeps our mindset in the right place and makes us realize how much we have accomplished instead of having that nagging little voice that says we didn't do enough because it isn't ALL finished or it isn't ALL perfect!
