- Hi Terri! I'm glad that you are here. Do you use a timer? The best thing that I've found for 'I'll do it later' syndrome is to see the actual time it takes to do some of those things, it usually doesn't take as long as you think it might.
And also to stop and think about the consequences - if you don't do it now, is it really easier to look at and live around the mess until 'when ever'?
That often works for me too.
