Your answers are very insightful, it always amazes me at how easy it is sometimes to do better, with just a little effort and focus and how big the results can be.
I procrastinate for the same reasons. Sometimes the hardest changes are the best and you just need to jump in.
I read a great article on this topic yesterday...
