But instead of using it as a rotating list of tasks that are generally the same, maybe you could mix it up - instead of doing the quadrants you set up in their fixed order, do them in the order of your choosing for that day, create different sets (I do that for the different floors in our house) or colour code them and do only certain colours on certain days - what ever floats your boat :0)

Or try adding in something different that would get something done that you really would like finished outside of the ordinary, it may motivate you and make the whole thing more rewarding.

If all else fails, you could start with the fun stuff and go from there :0)

I find that improving something (like painting something) spurs me on to the next thing.

Try choosing one thing, even something small.
