Another Good Day

Posted on June 2, 2009 at 6:37pm 0 Comments

Tuesdays I am out of the house by 8:30 a.m.and not home until 4:00 p.m. Well, this morning I was up by 5:30, walked, finished most everything on my Boost list. It felt so good walking into the house this afternoon and seeing a neat and pretty clean house.

The thing I would like to do better still is just do one thing at at time. My big boo boo today was I set up the slow cooker with a slow cooker meal and forgot to plug it in. Duh! When my husband got home from golf about noon he… Continue

Day one

Posted on June 1, 2009 at 8:05pm 3 Comments

I feel like I accomplished a lot today in a short amount of time. I volunteered a good portion of today, but after walking this morning I had an hour to accomplish quite a bit. Since I have not been in a routine lately I have allowed at least 15 minutes in each area. I didn't accomplish all, but wow, what I did accomplish was great.

The one thing I would like to do better is to not become distracted from what I am doing.

Hi Lori, you sound a lot like me! So many interests that it's very hard to keep on track and disciplined to do my housework consistently.

You may find it helpful to get into the habit of using your blog as a journal to track your daily progress.

Write down 1 win and one thing you could do better.

At the very least, design a schedule that will work for you to do your boost circuit, there are a lot of combinations that you can use - all of it together in the morning, all in the evening, a few boxes at certain times of the day, one at the top of each hour - 5 minute time blocks, 10 or 15 for each room you are doing - it's really completely up to you.

The main thing is to do what ever you decide every day.

Hop in here anytime to let us know how you're doing.

The momentum is addicting, once your on to it.

Keep shining :0)
