Having a buddy can be a number one strategy to help both of you to stay motivated and consistent with your new routine and life focus.

 

Feel free to contact as many buddies as you feel would be beneficial, just remember not to spread yourself too thin so that you can be a good buddy in return and keep your computer time to a minimum.

 

Remember, the more time you can spend doing rather than talking about doing the better!

Go to your buddy's blog and let them know that you have posted it and check on their progress, adding any support or suggestions that you may have.

FIRST STEP: Go to Buddy Listings (http://ishine2.ning.com/forum/topics/buddy-listings) and post your Buddy Form.

 

NEXT STEP: Browse the listings to locate a buddy.

 

If you find a match, contact your potential buddy through their blog or membership page.
