You can use this forum as a tool to help you create a daily challenge journal.
Here are technical instructions on how to use the forum software to set up your journal.
HOW TO ADD YOUR JOURNAL
To create a journal inside of any discussion area on the forums...
1. Click on the topic area that you would like to access (21 Day Challenge in this case).
2. Click the Add a Discussion button on the top right corner.
3. Fill in Your Name and Topic of the Journal you are creating eg. Jan's 21 Day Challenge Journal and Check In's - You can make it more interesting and inspiring!!
4. You can also choose which category you would like your journal to be in by using the dropdown menu that will show below if it doesn't seem to be in the right one.
5. Add any tags that you think will make it easier to find your journal. Creating a 'name' tag is a great idea for any journal or post that you create on the forums. You will be able to search and access them through that tag. Or you can use 21_Day_Challenge (you need the underscore or each word will show as seperate), declutter etc.
CREATING YOUR 21 DAY CLEAN HOUSE CHALLENGE JOURNAL
After you have followed the instructions above, this is what to do...
1. After you have created your own journal, choose a time to pop in daily to record how you did with your boost and anything else that you would like to add.
You can make it short and sweet. It doesn't have to be a book, just enough to cause you to reflect and NOTICE the things that are working for you and that are not - and to recognize your progress and acomplishments - sometimes they don't seem like so much unless you make the effort to see them.

Feel free to pop in on each other – it will help us all to keep the momentum going and to feel like we are not doing it alone.
WHAT IS THE CHALLENGE?
The challenge is to do your BOOST Circuit daily and to participate with the No KAOS Zone emails that you should be receiving to your email.

And don’t forget that you can post pictures and videos (if you host them on youtube).
EMAIL PROGRESS REPORT
Also a reminder that you will also be receiving an email progress report every week for three weeks. It’s optional but you can fill it out and return it to me in minutes. It could be very helpful to keep you consistent and focused over the challenge. OR copy/paste it to your journal where we can all share, motivate and inspire.
