
The number one thing that we can do for ourselves and our family is to take care of our health.
Operating at sub optimum level does no one any favours, especially not you.
As my grandmother said, your alive - enjoy it.
And you can't do that if you feel tired, frumpy, faded out and like life is passing you by.
