Car contents emergency

My car has just been for its annual service. This means I had to empty the car in a hurry, so everything is now in black bags in my living room. The only thing for it is that these bags get shifted to the bedroom which I have only just tidied.

But my car is so beautiful - it is shining. They have shined it up for me - that is great...

Now I am sorting these bags. I think they will sort very quickly - as it is either rubbish or has to go back in the car or be put away.

Not impossible. And the clean and beautiful car makes up for it.

I will come back and post about the challenges on Friday. Today is hectic with meetings. Tomorrow I am in London on a course and at a fireworks do in the evening - so I will probably not post anything.

Yes, it looks great around the piano now - and of course had to dust the piano too. I have done my other jobs, including the sink and under the sink. The bedroom is still a HUGE problem but at least I can see it starting to shift.

Today I have to get on with some other things I am doing, but it is not quite as bad as yesterday.

I find it a pain sometimes when I need to clean something up for some reason like that but there is always a rainbow and the time is really well spent. I bet people who have regular visitors have cleaner houses. It would be interesting to do a study on that.

Yes, the car is gorgeous - and I am so pleased as it was a complete disgrace, since I used it for getting rid of all the junk that was clogging the house. Today I have the piano tuner coming and this means I have to clear the piles of stuff on the piano and in the corners around it. I'm glad something is forcing me to do this. I had totally forgotten about this and the note in my diary was a bit vague - then I remembered... 8.30 am Friday is all it said - I have been trying to work out what this meant. Just off to clear it out. -L

Don't you love it when they clean your car! It's a bit of a bummer to have more bags to sort, but it's kind of like a two for one and like you said, it will probably go quickly. Well worth the time.
